Voices Jackson Hole is hiring an Executive Director to lead our work connecting and supporting the multicultural communities of the Teton region.

Voices Executive Director is the chief steward and strategic leader of the organization, responsible for overseeing its culture, programming, impact model, financial sustainability, and team. The Executive Director is the organization's primary fundraiser and drives the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of donors, funders, and corporate partners. This interdisciplinary leader works with the Board of Directors and staff to evaluate and set the strategic direction of the organization, ensuring programs and operations remain aligned with Voices’ mission and the evolving needs of the multicultural communities it serves. The Executive Director fosters a sustainable, inclusive, and healthy organization across staff, board, donor, and community spaces, and reports directly to the Voices JH Board.
